Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.- Exclusions: Custom, altered, or limited-release Prestige pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at posheonfashionhaus@gmail.com with your order
number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, free from odors, stains, or signs of wear.

Refunds

Approval: Refunds are issued once the returned item passes inspection.- Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.- Partial Refunds: If items show minor signs of wear or missing packaging, a restocking fee of 20% may be applied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.- If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, gift cards, promotional items, and custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges,
or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.- We will cover return shipping and issue either a replacement or full refund
